Finalizing a Bordereaux Template

Bordereaux templates have two states:

• Draft - Changes to any part of the template can be made.

• Finalized - The template is locked and closed to further changes. Finalization is done to protect the contents of the template when it is ready to go into production. This state is irreversible.
  
  You can create a copy of a finalized template and work in the copy.

  You will be unable to change its name. You can create an exact copy.

   

  You can click the Save As button on the Template Details dialog to save a copy of a finalized template. (Data Management > Mapping Template Manager > Actions - Open > Actions - Save As)
